TrendyMojo Buyer Protection ensures that your purchase is covered in case of problems, such as:
  • You don’t receive the item within 45 days of order.
  • The item you receive is significantly not as described. 


In order to be covered by Buyer Protection, you must:
  • Complete the purchase on and make the payment online.
  • Report the issue within 45 days from the date of shipping provided by us.
  • Buyer Protection applies if the conditions above are met.

How does Buyer Protection work?

If an eligible item that you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match our description, our Buyer Protection will replace the product without any charges to you. Buyer Protection covers eligible online purchases on TrendyMojo.

  • If we are unable to resolve your problem, we will provide you a full refund on the order or store credit to buy anything else from us.

Automatic refunds on failed transactions

Your account has been debited for an unsuccessful transaction attempt. How can you get a refund of your money?

We are really sorry for the trouble caused.

In case of an unsuccessful/failed attempt of booking the amount charged is refunded back within 4 hours from us and should reflect back in your account within a max of 5-7 working days, in case it's a nationalized bank it would take a maximum of 10 working days.

Check the delivery tab from your account for shipping terms and tracking instructions. Once the product is shipped and you receive the tracking code, you will be able to track it on the website of our courier partners. We only use reputed courier services like Fedex, UPS, USPS First Class Mail, Royal Mail, China Post and the like to send your TrendyMojo product to you, so that you receive it quickly and safely.
