Order Cancellations and Returns Policy


You can cancel the order within 1 hour after placing the order if you wish to. No questions asked, no problems whatsoever.


  • We have a blanket “15 days Return Policy"** against Any Manufacturing Defects related to purchased products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • We arrange for the pickup of your product to be returned only after you follow our process given below.
  • If you note any damages to the outer package/product at the time of delivery itself, please don’t take the delivery of the product & contact us immediately.
  • All claims on the defect/return MUST be reported back to us within 24 Hours from the day of delivery.
  • The products to be returned should:
    1. Be "Unused"
    2. Must have the tags/stickers that the product came along with it
    3. It should be in the original packing and the original invoice must be sent back along with it. 
  • Please do note that we will not be able to entertain any request for exchanges or refunds other than manufacturing defects on any sale, even if it is unused. Therefore, please double check your order before you place the final order submission to us. Make sure that the type, colour, design & address/contact details are correct and in place.
    1. Size & Color: Please check the size chart/colour of the order (provided on every product page) before ordering/checking out. Since each order is custom printed individually, we will not be able to exchange any size or color related returns.
    2. Address: Same address will be used for resending the order. No change of address will be allowed. Therefore, please double check your delivery address/contact details at the time of check out.
  • The Process to Return your order:
    1. Visit the "My Account" section at shop.therollingindian.com
    2. Choose the option for Returns. Enter information as requested on the web page. Make sure you choose the order which you are referring to correctly.
    3. Share reasons & Submit
    4. Our customer support team will contact you within the next 48 hours regarding your issue with our products.
    5. Please do wait for us to contact you & provide the necessary guidance regarding your issue.
** The Rolling Indian reserves the right to reject any Return Request if the above parameters are not met.


Customized Products: If you have ordered a customized product with us, we will not be able to cancel it once we begin processing the order.

In case of Refund against your damaged product:

All our packaging material is water proof, dust proof and tear proof. So we can ensure that the product reaches to you in perfect quality and state. In the rare case that the product has some manufacturing defect, you can claim a refund according to the following policy:
  • Refunds for your order will be given on genuine claims pertaining to manufacturing defects only.
  • Refund for your order (if required) will be provided only after you complete the above procedure.
  • The refund process will be initiated once we receive the product back at The Rolling Indian warehouse.
  • Refund will take place in the same payment mode through which the original payment is made.
  • The amount will be refunded within a few days after we receive your returned product at The Rolling Indian.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    1. We will refund the amount of the product excluding the COD charges.
    2. We will arrange a refund after consulting with you.
    3. The refund will be made in form of store credits of equivalent value to the order amount, which you can use for subsequent purchases at The Rolling Indian Shop.
  • Do note that there is NO cash refunds at The Rolling Indian.
  • Exchange: There is no exchange for any product. If you (customer) have submitted a manufacturing defect claim, and want to get the same product back again then we will still treat it as a refund. Please follow the refund process and then you can place a fresh order again.
  • In certain cases of Refunds - with your (customer's) consent, we will mail you a Gift Voucher equal to the amount of the returned product instead of refunding the amount paid by you. Therefore, you can use the Gift Voucher to purchase your new product with us as a replacement.
